- 90 minutes 2 different flavor 2 dozens.

MASTER CHALLENGE:  Torching Technique.
- Inspired by famously tricky America classic - Baked Alaska.
- Cake, Torched Meringue & Ice Cream.

- Consists of Puff Pastry, Pate a Choux, Cream Puffs, Creme Chiboust, Spun Sugar.

- 6 Acts;  Chocolate Glaze, Almond Cake, Buttercream, & Ganache.
- Feature Hazelnuts in 2 1/2 Hours.

- 90 Minutes to make 6 Mirror Glaze Cake.

MASTER CHALLENGE:  Bake with 2 Savory items - then take to the sweet side.

FINAL SKILL CHALLENGE:  Chocolate Souffle.
- 60 minutes to make 4 mini souffles.

FINAL MASTER CHALLENGE:  Ultimate Chocolate Cake that can feed 100 people.
- Feature 5 different elements, use at least 3 types of chocolate & add a liquor flavor profile to your cake in 6 hours.
